Pricing plan

We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates. Please note, we do not prorate refunds for early departures on monthly and weekly stays so please plan your stay accordingly. Monthly rates includes water, sewer and trash. Electricity is billed out for the amount used. Price per kilowatts will very depending on the power company's rates. Previous month power usage will be applied to your current month invoice. Recreational Wi-Fi is provided as well. It is recommended you have a Wi-Fi ranger installed in your RV. If you rely on WIFI for work it is recommended you provide your own service. ATT and Starlink are recommended services for this area. Tent camping is allowed during spring, summer and fall.
